Importance Of Graphics

Even though this isn't really much of an issue anymore thanks to games like minecraft. I feel graphics only mattered in the days when gamers were interested in seeing the next breakthrough. But once we got a clear enough screen to play things like open world games all of that interest dwindled. For the consumer, It just seems more like something to show off now more then being a necessity.

Besides there are many great games with okay graphics!

Pretty important, although it depends on the game. If it's an MMORPG that focuses on story and characters I could overlook the graphics a little, but they can make or break a game otherwise.
