Sorry, meant to say "forgettable" rather than forgetful. lol

There are some great music here and there on GTA Vs radio, but it's not enough. I remember when past GTAs used to excite me with all the crazy new music I was hearing. If it wasn't for GTA I wouldn't of found out about Lyrnyrd Skynyrd and many other artists.

Thing is, nothing really jumps out at me in the radio stations. What do you think?

Well for me, Radio Los Santos and the pop one which plays tunes by Modjo and Stardust are my favourite ones, but I can agree that sometimes the game OST lacks of a little bit more music variety, I would love to have one radio similar to the one in Vice City which played Video Killed the Radio Star, that radio was so awesome.

I always love the GTA music on radio stations

Yes! GTA music radio music is the best! I already have some on my iPod and I can't stop listening to it. I think more people should get this music (but of course, there will be haters).

I seen the music from the wiki for GTA V personally I think it sucks compared to IV, but that just my opinion.

The music choices have been disappointing me since IV. I was not into IV music at all. San Andreas had some great hits that I was looking forward to. Now I just skip or play without the radio on and listen to my own music.

I think it's alright, except for the Latino one which all Taxi drivers listen to. West Coast Classics for life.

The radio track selection is ok, but it doesn't compare to the one in San Andreas. I think you are right the music could be better.

I was also a little dissapointed with the radio stations in GTA V, however I am happy that there is still a reggae station, Blue Ark. I think this is perhaps the best station out of them all.

I don't know, I think they accurately reflected the music landscape of current times. You got a bit of everything that's popular, so it's really like listening to radios IRL, I think they made a pretty good job. :)

The radio stations have been getting kinda worst in GTA. I remember playing Vice City and thinking "wow this is awesome". Then I bought San Andreas and the thug in me came to life.

I never liked any of the radio stations much after Vice City. The rock music station was ok but they couldn't replicate the awesomeness of that chat station from Vice City in later games.

Radio does little for me, but it is a great aspect of the game. I mean who doesn't enjoy rolling down the street and hear a good track to do along with the ride?

I loved the classic rock station in San Andreas. I never changed it. I ended up downloading all the songs on my phone after i found playlist.

Yeah, I kinda agree. For as boring as GTA IV was in places, the radio stations were quality. Loved ElectroShock. The music in V is alright but there isn't one consistent station I go to, where as in each of the previous games I always had a favourite.

What disappointed me most was the reggae/dub station. In GTA 3 you had K-Jah which was incredible. This one has some really dud tunes on. Shame really.

I personally have liked the songs on most of the GTA games they have some pretty good songs on most radio stations. I even have heard of some songs that have motivated me in the missions. There are some songs on the stations that are a little weird and not for me, but other than that most of them are really enjoyable.

Yes, I too find the radio stations in GTA V to be lacking. I used to listen to the radios in all the previous games but for GTA V I just turn them off. The songs and radios aren't to my liking now, I just find them noisy.

In GTA V they've deliberately put some music on the radio for some missions to 'soundtrack' that particular task. You can drive to a mission listening to one station and then start the mission with a different station timed exactly so a certain song comes on.

You can change it, obviously, but its a pretty cool thing for them to do, makes it much more cinematic.
