Forza Motorsport 5 Racing game for a handicapped person

Hi

My brother just gave me an Xbox one for my birthday. He bought it from craigslist and system came with assassin creed, nba 2k, Madden, let's dance.

I'm a near double hand amputee. My left hand is gone. My right hand I'm missing all digits except the thumb but it is enough to grip the joystick. Unfortunately the main joystick is on the left. I can smash buttons with left thump (or I could if they were on left side) and manipulate the joystick rather clumsily.

I can't play assassin creed at all. Nba :i get my butt kicked. Madden is my best game as it is the least twitchy. Just dance I can play, though the Kinect has a hard time seeing my "hands", plus I suck at dancing lol.

I love racing games. I play them on an android tablet with the accelerometer and simple control. Do you think I'll be able to play this game. Does it have a casual mode with simplified controls and assisted driving. Please describe the controls. Is the Kinect used at all. Is there another driving game more handicap friendly

Good luck with your gaming sessions. There are a lot of other games that can be played by handicap person. You can go to store or search the internet for such games. If you need any kind of help then you can as me for this.
