How many titles will be released before GTA VI?

There were three spin-offs between GTA IV and GTA V, plus a five-year gap between the two main games. How many spin-offs and non-main games would you expect between GTA V and GTA VI? I think Rockstar will bring the next Grand Theft Auto quicker than they did last time, but I'd still expect at least two games in between the current and next main game.

I think they might do two small games along the lines of Lost & the Damned and Ballad of Gay Tony.
I don't mind waiting another 5 years for the next GTA, as long as they keep up the quality and make another great game.

I agree with ACSAPA. There will be little DLC standalone games that will take place in GTA 5's era. Hopefully we get a club themed game again as I'd love to hit up that Bahama Mamas!

At the most I think there will only be one game between the time gap of V and VI. I want Rockstar to be more focused on having a lot of content and having the ability to surprise the fanbase with an epic 6th game to the GTA series rather than having a disappointing sequel (*cough* CoD *cough*).

I doubt they will have more than 2 DLC games similar to the ones on GTA IV, there will probably be more updates that are smaller adding things to the game like heist missions to the online. Although I do agree that the next GTA will come out sooner, I doubt they'll wait till 2018 to launch the next game.

I could see a three-year gap or a four-year gap at the most between GTA V and VI, but I can't imagine Rockstar waiting a whole five years again.

I hope that is they choose to release VI sooner than later, that game play doesn't lose anything. Releasing more DLC content or other spin-offs sometimes gives them the opportunity to try certain things out that they might want to add into VI and get some player opinion. Either way, I hope that it is not another 5 years and with the success of V, I doubt it will be.

Well, Rockstar should take some time to milk GTA V because the game is still a huge revenue stream for the company. They're giving it enough content to make that an OK thing. I can wait another year or two, maybe even three, for GTA VI.

If I'm honest, I'm not sure that rockstar will make any more games before the next GTA. I think they, and us the gamplayers would be happy enough with extra DLC every couple of months to add to the game we've already got.

There's a lot they could do with the game still, extra missions, more heist's aswell, all that could be added as DLC without having to bring out another game.

That might also help speed up the release of the next GTA aswell, I think 2016 would be a good year to bring the next one out.

I think that GTA VI will come faster than GTA V but it'll probably be only for the next gen consoles (PS4 and Xbox One).
I don't think they'll release much in between, if at all really.

GTA V felt like it JUST came out. I don't see why they'd have to release a new one already. Plus, didn't they just release the PC version not too long ago? I'm pretty sure they'll be spending some more time on VI before they even think about releasing it.

I think one game every three years would be a decent enough gap to wait? Of course it depends on the game development and creation they will have to put in but from a gamers perspective, I think three years is long enough.

As for the game coming out for PC, do you know anybody who's bought it yet? Any idea what the feeling is of the PC gamer towards it?
