How long do you stay online a day

If you were asked how many hours you work online daily what would that be. This would vary greatly as some of us come on to get needed information, socialize while others work online for pay. Whether you work online or not how many hours on average you put in online aside your official activities.

Unfortunately, too many. And I don't think that's healthy. And I think we are all striving to reduce that time.

Knowing when to draw the line matters. I do think there should be a required number of hours to be online working that'd be health wise good for the body. This also may depend on the age.
