How do i turn properly

How do i seriously everytime i try to drift i end up hitting a lampost or something knocking people over and getting the police on me i can't turn at all

Any help?

I had this problem in GTA4 until I got the hang of the controls. I'd heard it was easier to turn in this game but I guess not?

I've found it really does depend on the car you're in. Some will turn well, others will just spin out. All I can suggest is practice, really!

Are you sure you are playing GTA 5. Turing properly is not a big deal in this game. GTA 4's driving was really bad, but GTA 5 is awesome.

Just try and take it slow, if you're crashing into people you won't get police any higher than maybe 2-3 stars anyway so nothing to worry about!

It need practice ... .. .. . Handling is some sort of tough in GTA V and you are not usual to it, and that's why, you are facing problems with it. You must practice and not lose hope, you will certainly succeed.
