The first game I ever played was Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. I loved the game, I still love all of the GTA series to be honest. It's the open world that drew me to it. However, the first racing game I played was NFS underground 2. The customization options it provided back then were off the charts!

My first PC racing game was Moto GP, I don't really know if this is the real name of the game. I was really young and I don't remember as much. I played it really a lot, and when my cousins, which were around the same age as me, came to visit we played a lot. The game was released for the Windows 95 and it was one of the three games I owned at the time. I played this game so much that my parents had to drag me away from the computer.

My first PC game was Runescape I started playing it back in 2002 and have played it ever since! I also started Diablo 2 around the same time as I started Runescape.

This one is actually pretty easy to answer. My first racing game for PC was Moto Racer. If we are talking about cars then I guess Network Q Rally. It's not easy remembering all the details of which games I played first.

My first racing game was Need For Speed 2. I thought it was the greatest game at that time but since I was brand new to gaming, all I could do was use the proving grounds track all the time.

Lotus III: The Ultimate Challenge was the first racing game I ever played (yes, I am that old). I was absolutely blown away by the smoothness and sense of speed it offered. The graphics were amazing for the time. They still are rather beautiful in their own way, especially if you love sprites instead of 3d models :p
I actually re-played it recently and not only did this little reunion not kill my fond memories of it, but I ended up playing for a couple of hours like hypnotized.

Oh, and what a soundtrack! Easily one of my favorites. All in all an amazing arcade racer that you could still try and have fun with.

The first pc racing game I played was need for speed underground one. The game was of excellent quality both in terms of graphics and game play. The cars were also great and the game was just fun over all. I still play it occasionally up to this day.

First PC game I played was Space Pinball which came with any Windows installation back then. Also, I remember having so much fun figuring out Chip's Challenge, and I played that for days. I even wish they'd come up with extra levels for it now just so I could have a reason to play it again, since it's replay value is a little low because once you've figured out each puzzle that's pretty much it.
I remember Space Pinball. It was on a school computer way back and they only had that game. Good memories.

That was ages ago dude... I had an Intel 80386 back then.
It must have been one of those F1 games, that I really don't even like that much...
But the one who gave me really awesome memories was this:

Stunts

I could make all kinds of crazy tracks!
More than racing, I just liked to crash in insane ways and record the replays :D

Hahaha, that looks so old that it makes me wonder how awesome it was back then. The difference in the graphics from games now and back then is just enormous.

My first PC racing game was Test Drive 5. I remember being disappointed on Christmas morning, when I couldn't play because our computer needed a 3D graphics card. That was quickly fixed when my dad bought a 3dfx Voodoo 2, and off I went, to become pretty good at the game. I went back to play the PS1 version on an emulator (because I can't get the PC game to run on Windows 7 x64), and it felt more luck-based than I remember it being.

Wait, now that you remind me of that game, I remember playing it and it could only have been before the NFS.

Yeah...
But when it comes to racing games, I actually like them better now, because they can be ultra realistic.
Most games I like pixels and funny stuff.
But back in the 386 days, I wasn't really playing racing games that much...

Stunts was awesome though, because I literally was just building crazy tracks, crashing, and recording the crash to my library :D
I was on board with every crashing game:

Stunts
Destruction Derby
Carmaggedon
Burn Out

Micro-Machines is another epic old one

The first racing game I ever played was NFS: underground. This is the game that got me hooked for some time. I started taking racing genre more seriously after this game.

Nascar Season 2003. I was younger, so I just liked going backwards and running into all the cars. That game was a lot of fun.
