I personally like spicy foods. Whenever I eat spicy dishes my mood elivates. I seem to be awaken. Maybe because of the spicy kick. I really spicy noodle soup and spicy chicken wings.

I am from culture where we make use of lot of spice in everyday food. And due to which we are having a lot better food than most nations out there.

I also love spicy food, but not so much spicy that can burn my throat. With spicy food, you just want to eat more and more. I also like spicy sauce on a top of a pizza, it's very delicious. I'm getting hungry, I think I'm going to order pizza with spicy sauce now.

I love spicy foods specially during cold days, the heat just keep your body warm and your lips burning :) . I also have read an article saying that eating spicy foods helps on your metabolism so its healthy in a way.
 
Definitely spicy foods are good, especially in eating Korean or Japanese noodles. When I was in Vietnam that was one of the things that I like to have in my Pho or noodes too. Spicy taste gives our food that kick that if it wasn't there we'd be looking for it and we feel incomplete. But I'd rather go for the mild spicy thing than the heavy ones where you feel your ears are smoking hot.

I love spicy foods to some extent, as long as they don't completely alter how the food tastes. Too much of spices is also unhealthy.

I would say some spicy chicken wings with some cold beer would be nice, also some spicy chili would be great- and made with ground beef, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, onions, bell pepper, garlic, chili pepper, salt and some black pepper cooked in a slow cooker.

One of the most favorite foods that I eat every time I have no time to prepare and cook is pancit canton that comes in hot and spicy flavor. It's great to have with an ice-cold soda on a hot sunny afternoon.

Some health experts say it's good and some say it's not. Now I'm a little bit confused and sometimes hesitant to take in spicy foods like I used to. Perhaps, moderation should be the name of the game. It'll add some spice to our lives, these spicy foods.

Anything that is too much really dangerous. I think it depends on how many times you eat spicies. Like for us, winter is approaching now and the weather is really chilly so we tend to eat more spicy dishes to warm up our body.

I love spicy foods. Some of the time that can be bad for the health. Like say piles and other ulcer related issues. but overall I'd say that health goes in wrong direction for those who eat it regularly.
