Anything that is too much really dangerous. I think it depends on how many times you eat spicies. Like for us, winter is approaching now and the weather is really chilly so we tend to eat more spicy dishes to warm up our body.Personally I really like spicy foods like those Japanese or Korean noodles. But just recently I have read two opposing views regarding spicy foods. Some health experts say it's good and some say it's not. Now I'm a little bit confused and sometimes hesitant to take in spicy foods like I used to. Perhaps, moderation should be the name of the game. It'll add some spice to our lives, these spicy foods.
