It's definitely worth playing (even if it's just to "kill" some curiosity). WRC 7 is going to be pretty good as well.

It's important to remember I think, that rally orientated games such as WRC6 and DiRT aren't necessarily to everyone's liking. Driving around a race track like you do in most racing games, is entirely different to the road surfaces you get in rally games, so they can be a lot harder to play.
Many people who first play WRC6 find it frustrating but if you stick with it and practice, you will be rewarded and it is a great game. As good as Dirt? Well...that's a debate that's set to run and run!

I agree, graphics are definitely lacking and holding the game back
